Most people think that “successful” meditation is sitting cross legged, emptying their mind of all thought, and meditating like a monk. The truth is that meditation is the frequency of inner joy that cleanses your chakras.

This can be achieved in at least 112 different ways. If you are one of those people who says “I can’t meditate” or “meditation is boring” then I invite you to explore with me the wonder and delight that meditation truly is!

My meditations are based in my studies in Tantra meditation. Meditation is about getting better at life, not getting better at meditation.
